New Large 2 Bed entire apartment Near Newcastle upon Tyne with Free Parking

Good basic accommodation, easily commutable to Newcastle and surrounding areas, -in a less affluent area Easy check in with a safe key. Parking right outside the property, Good communication with the owner who responded quickly to queries. Wifi, smart TV, good shower, has heating.

Kitchen areas including fridge, cooker, kitchen cupboards, crockery and pans were not clean so we did not cook as we were planning on doing. No hairdryer or outdoor furniture. Large pile of rubbish outside property.

Nothing to not like, was pleased with everything.

Was in Newcastle for a wedding and whilst all the hotels and other properties were extortionately expensive, this property provided a cheaper stay only 6 minutes drive away from Newcastle city centre. - Well decorated space, free parking and a seamless check in system with a key lock box. - Good shower pressure and towels supplied. - Good communication from host. - Plenty of amenities a short drive away (Tesco Extra, Aldi, Home Bargains etc, McDonalds etc).

- The property is located in a less affluent part of Newcastle which took us by surprise on arrival - although we felt safe throughout our 2 night stay and didn't have any issues. - The kitchen and fridge was quite dirty, with utensils and fridge shelves being stained, so we didn't use these facilities. - The bed was comfy but pillows essentially non-existent due to the lack of filling. - No hairdryer as listed, host was informed during our stay. - Limited shower toiletries provided for 2 nights stay.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need.

Being from out of town, we found the location in the middle of a housing estate a bit of a surprise.

The owner was easily contactable and friendly. The apartment was nice and ok for a short stay. Only downside for us was the towels had a strong smell of smoke which put us off using the shower as the smell was so strong. Carpets were quite dirty too. Other than that everywhere was clean and the beds were lovely and comfy! As I say for a short stay it was ideal.

The property itself was exactly as shown in the photos, I’m actually so happy with my stay here as it was very last minute and late in the evening and it was still made very easy and stress free. First of all the price was great for the apartment you’re getting, it’s in a nice quiet grove with multiple car spaces, it’s self check in using the key box by the door, the rooms bathroom and living room where spotless, smart tv to access anything you want and a neat small instructions plaque on the wall with instructions on how to operate the heating, etc and everything else, there where adequate amounts of towels and extra quilts and pillows, even the neighbour was really friendly and gave me the first slice of his pizza he had just brought as he had just got back lol. The host was instant with his replies and messaged me a list of everything that I needed to know to do with the apartment and was event lenient with the check out times for me which lord knows was a blessing. Overall extremely happy with my stay considering It was very last minute, definitely saved the night with a quality apartment for a bargain of a price really.
