The fact that there were no bulbs in the lights, no wifi, the damp was so bad it was dripping down the walls, broken blinds, some windows were locked shut, one room had no windows that could open with no fan in a really warm room. Shower didn’t work in one bathroom. Electricity didn’t work in one room, parking & parking instructions were a nightmare and ended up causing damage on 2 cars.

Superbly placed with excellent views of the harbour and really close to the town centre.

To be honest the whole place looked like it needed a really good clean. The front room carpet was really stained and the blinds in most rooms were difficult to use.

The property is NOT luxurious as advertised! Stains everywhere, a hole in the coffee table, in the photos in the main bedroom there is a massage chair…. This is no longer there and in its place is a very tired and worn arm chair.

The location is great with great views of marina. The flat is spacious and modern and has lift access.

The maintenance of the flat has seriously slipped. The furniture in the living room needs to be urgently replaced. The dining set was so wobbly that you were in constant worry the chairs would collapse. There were no bulbs in the lamps, and broken items throughout the flat. The sofas were small, uncomfortable, and had rips. In one of the bathrooms, the shower-head over the bath was not connected to the water. This bath had no working plug and no shower curtain. The walls had been sprayed with cleaning fluid and not wiped off. There were no instructions for the hot water and heating etc. Most blinds were broken, particularly a problem for one of the bedrooms. In the master bedroom the wardrobe was full of damp towels handing to dry.

The location was amazing! 2 minutes to the beach. Parking was well explained, although tight to get into. Flat was generally clean. Spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean. Nice quiet building too. Instructions very clear

The kitchen just felt a little grubby. Not awful at all, we were happy enough to use it, but the units all looked a little streaky, so just a change in the cleaning products would sort that out and make it look sparkly. Need to ensure the wall behind the bin is cleaned. Otherwise the other flat areas were clean, bathrooms were spotless. Would suggest some fans for use in the summer.

Host was very accommodating on an earlier check in. Very spacious apartment overlooking the harbour. Very quiet and peaceful area, yet only a 10minute walk into wind Street.

Getting the keys was a little confusing as they are not on the apartment block, but the host directed us with pictures and it was fine.
