The location of the property was well placed to be able to explore Ambleside

First of all this is not an apartment - it was a very dated room and there was no private kitchen as advertised. There was a kitchen room on the top floor (not private) which was not clean and there was a pan full of food left on the hob which had obviously been there some time as was forming some sort of living layer and stunk. The room itself was very dated and tired and is in need of an upgrade. There were patches on the walls and the towels have seen better days as were very stiff. There was a fusty smell throughout the whole building
