Amazing views and good space with biscuits provided on arrival.

The kitchen wear was a little worn and the bathroom was a little mouldy (this is my only slightly begative comment). The rest was great.

Near shops , pubs and bus stop.

Parking wasn’t easy a bit tight

Lovely location, excellent communication beforehand. Hot tub was a welcome addition as were the chocolate biscuits 😋 Pet friendly and right in the heart of all the surfing action.

Parking was a challenge. We knew this would be the case beforehand as we have a car that is.bigger than average. Ample on nearby streets though

Very Clean., loved the conservatory with the wonderful views. Hot tub … hadn’t realised there was one so a pleasant surprise. Very obliging about change of dates

The parking. Would come again but for the parking but realise that that is impossible to change.

I picked it for the location, being very close to family! The property is lovely and clean throughout! The hot tub was a bonus indeed and being able to park off the road. We loved it!

Nothing negative worth mentioning!

The cottage was great for a weekend getaway with my friends, it had everything we needed and shops close by. Was also great to be able to bring the puppy along with all the space in the garden and open plan kitchen/lounge/diner.

The bed in the bigger bedroom was extremely creaky so was a struggle to get to sleep while tossing and turning trying to first get to sleep, luckily we are all heavy sleepers so wasn't too much of an issue.

Excellent location as we were visiting for a wedding at Ash Barn Estate and the welcoming biscuits were very much appreciated

The parking was terrible, I have mobility issues and use crutches so this was a huge problem to us and even though we were displaying a disabled badge we got a parking ticket.

It's a lovely area, and we know it well. This place is really close to the centre of Braunton. It is easy to travel around and the parking isn't as bad as it sounds.

There were just a few issues, and all of these seem really solvable. We bought our 16 month old, and the place just wasnt clean enough when we arrived, and by that I don't mean just nit-picky stuff: the cutlery was not clean, there were cobwebs, and mud up one of the walls, and hand prints on one of the doors. There wasn't anything to clean with either, so we had to go and buy a washcloth to clean so we could eat. We did tell the guys and to be fair they sent someone, however they only cleaned the cutlery and not the rest. To be constructive, I think they just need a new managing service, as it seemed like maybe they had lost the desire or will to run a guest house. I noticed that in the guest book people commented that they were given a cake when they arrived, we didn't get one - not an issue of course, but it adds to my feeling of it not being taken seriously anymore. They also sent a window cleaner over without telling us, and apparently they leave wood for the first night only, but it was just kindling.

Hot tub, garden and location.

The yoga studio was damp and the kitchen utensils were minimal/poor quality.
