I wasn’t offered my rooms even after the booking was confirmed. The staff failed to contact me and inform me that my booking was overbooked.

Breakfast menu and taste. Resort environment is greener than expected. Aesthetic ambience.

Indoor game place is very interior. Balcony door was not closed properly. Pool can be maintained some what better. Front desk can be more friendly. Room cleaning and service is not upto the mark. No help for luggage loading during checkout.
