The Old Wine Merchant's House

Gorgeous property that was immaculately clean and with every amenity you could wish for. Even a bottle of fizz in the fridge among other bits. The roof terrace is gorgeous, I only wished it was west facing 😝

The only minor things were how bright the bedrooms got so early, a black out blind/curtain would be amazing, and we struggled to get the upstairs shower to stay a constant temperature. But as I say these are so minor when the property is as gorgeous and comfortable as it is.

Beautiful house with loads of thoughtful extras such as butter, umbrellas, face wipes, herbal teas, nice coffee pod machine, Netflix which was already signed in etc. the house really made my 40th celebrations amazing. Thank you Alan

Excellent location, stunning house with beautiful views. The house was so well equipped, everything was covered, and we were welcomed with treats and essentials.

Great position, just a short walk to the centre of Bath, with a handy Waitrose en route, this property is beautifully presented, while being homely and comfortable. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped from appliances to glass wear, which in my experience is rare. The hosts were lovely to deal with and left an excellent welcome pack

It's tiny, but a third towel per person would be nice, we received a bath towel and small guest towel each, hand towels big enough for hair would have been appreciated

The property is in a great location and very beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

Everything was exceptional - communication with the hosts who couldn't have been more helpful, the house itself which was as luxurious as a 5 star hotel and so well equipped and clean, and of course the location in central Bath. The welcome pack was also a lovely touch (especially the prosecco!) and we would definitely recommend the Old Wine Merchant's House to anyone visiting Bath, we certainly wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Fabulous location and great accommodation

Location to bath centre , access to long term parking within 5 min walk , great communication with hosts , very responsive to our queries . House decorated to a high standard throughout , great comfy beds / crisp bed linen and great showers . Welcome pack a great touch , festive decorations a great touch

Nothing not to like all was great , noise from pub across the road out of the control of the hosts , good earplugs worked a treat
