The apartment was quaint and well appointed in the heart of Old Town Nice

The management of this apartment is based on deceiving the public by its administrators. The apartment was completely different from what was shown in the photos on Expedia's website. It was extremely old, whereas in the pictures, we saw a stylish and fully renovated apartment. Additionally, it had many damages—broken furniture such as chairs and wardrobes—and even the electrical appliances were not functioning properly. While the Expedia website presented the apartment as having two fully equipped bathrooms (with several photos of both), in reality, it had only one. There was also a shower in one of the rooms, but without a door, ventilation, or of course, a second toilet!!! As a result, the room became extremely humid when the shower was used, and the entire bedroom smelled like sewage. Consequently, the five of us were forced to share one single toilet, clearly having been scammed. Not a single day did a cleaning service come by—not even to collect the wet towels or take out the trash. Furthermore, in order to get our deposit back, there was a written warning inside the apartment stating that we had to clean it ourselves before leaving!!! When we complained to the apartment manager, although he admitted we were right, no action was taken to fairly upgrade the apartment to match what we had booked. We were forced to rent an extra hotel room at our own additional expense to have a more comfortable vacation. In summary, the apartment was awful

Fin beliggenhet, men mye støy fra gatene, selv med lukkede vinduer. Synlige tegn etter lekkasje i flere av rommene. Synlig muggsopp og rotten lukt på badet på grunn av manglende ventilasjon. Kaffetrakter og oppvaskmaskin manglet til tross for at vi ble lovet dette. Romslig stue med store vinduer, men likevel lite lys.

The room was not clean bed linen had hair on it and there were used cups. Not impressed

• We were surprised that there would be a cleaning fee on top of the fee for staying. This is highly unusual for a hotel. The extra fee really ought to be advertised ahead of time more clearly. • The place had virtually no daylight! There were 2 large windows, but only to a narrow shaft with building on all sides (approximately 3x3 meters and approximately 4 stories high). These windows were darkened with a reflective film, making it even darker. • The bedroom door was so low that we could not walk into and out of the bedroom without having to bend down significantly. The door frame was only 175 tall. • Several restaurants or other businesses right under the apartment removed trash or other containers or items with A LOT of loud, metallic scraping and clanking every morning between approximately 4 and 6 am. • The bedroom was so small that one person had to literally crawl into and out of bed. We are not as agile as we used to be. We enclose pictures. • There was dried menstrual or other blood on the comforter, which did not have a comfoter cover. There were also blood-like stains and other stains on the two sofa pillows. • The location address is just the front desk, which is an office. Our unit/room was a few minutes walk away. • The TV looked new, but we could not find any English language stations. • As a couple, it was inconvenient to only get one set of keys. • The apartment was nicely renovated with new fridge, washing machine, and coffee maker.

This is what we call “false advertising” the pictures don’t match with the real quality of this property. This place is nothing but disgusting. Once we got to the “studio”, no AC, broken shower, the towels full of small hair like someone shaved and then cleaned with it. Well, we were The “bed” is not a bed… it’s a rustic-hard sofa that is converted into a “bed”… After complaining the concierge said: I’ll send someone to fix it TOMORROW. You must pay a cleaning fee of $50 USD but you must take the garbage at whatever address… so why you are asked to pay this fee? The concierges said it was because of the category we paid for: studio. Well, the quality of a property doesn’t have anything to do with the number of rooms. I never would have rented it if I know since the beginning this is what we were paying for. Once you confirm and pay this reservation they tell you that they assign your place upon availability. Of course we had to leave and pay for another place, no shower, no AC, dirty towels full of hairs, enough reasons to leave on top of the other ones explained already. This place didn’t provide us with what the description says nor the basic needs as they offer. There’s no way we can sleep in a place like this. And on top of that it was my husband’s birthday which had a terrible day because of it. Not recommended. I would choose 0 stars but there’s no option.

This was a great location, and a historical stay, which I loved. Unfortunately, I felt very disrespected by the hotel. They came into our apartment where we were staying without telling us. We asked for more toilet paper and they could have delivered it then as we were always out and did not have time to stop by the office. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable and 2 out of the 5 appliances did not work. The furniture was worn out and dirty. Also the shower had issues. We dealt with everything and made the most of it, but I am truly disappointed in the way we were treated. We should have received another room that had the working amenities offered.

To the start, the customer service wasn’t that great, the day we landed, we were searching for our hotel since there are many locations but in close proximity to each other, we couldn’t get in our apartment and had to walk all the way to the service centre to later find out that we have been moved to a different location.. as we arrived the bed sheets were dirty and had stains on them, it was extremely small not meant for 2 people, the ac doesn’t travel to the bedroom, there were no curtains so no privacy… and it was noisy, they barely refilled our toilet paper unless we repeatedly asked, the toilet has no ventilation for if your using warm to hot water, only a window which is blocked by the building, many other problems, overall wouldn’t stay here unless you want to be in the heart of old nice!

We had a mouse in our room the entire stay and no hot water for days until they were able to assist with that. Staff was not very helpful and there was trash outside our room for days before we brought it to their attention and they finally removed it.

This property was not as advertised. We had to go to multiple locations just to get the keys and then get to the apartment. The apartment was much smaller than advertised and did not come with the specified amenities. Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided to 2 girls for 4 nights. There were several stains on the chairs and bed which made this place seem unclean. We were also expected to clean the entire place prior to leaving which was not clearly made aware to us during booking.
