Apart-Hotel Riviera Old Port

Location was great however the sink and shower were blocked from the previous people and when we asked for help to fix it they said yes then never did anything. The owner is also yet to return my 300 euro deposit… which I will be following up however I am extremely unimpressed.

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Nizza und nur einige Gehminuten vom Strand sowie des Büros mit der Rezeption. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Die Straße ist relativ ruhig, leider waren die Gäste in den anderen Appartements im Haus sehr laut. Es waren mehrere Gruppen jüngerer Gäste im Haus, die auch nachts keine Rücksicht auf andere Gäste genommen haben. Gruppen sind sowohl nachts um 3:00 vom Feiern zurück gekehrt und haben dabei laut durchs Treppenhaus gerufen und es wurde auch nachts laut Musik in den Appartments gespielt. Das Appartement hatte nur Fenster zu einem Schacht, letztendlich Blick auf eine Hauswand ca. 1,5 Meter entfernt, so dass man kaum Tageslicht sehen konnte. In der Beschreibung war angegeben, das Appartement hätte Blick über die Stadt. Die Ausstattung war gut, es gab alle Geräte, die für das tägliche Leben hilfreich sind. Allerdings gab es einige Stellen mit Renovierungsbedarf (abgeblätterter Putz, mit Klebeband fixierte lose Bodenleisten). Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, schneller Service.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Super trevliga och hjälpsamma . Min uppfattning av bilderna jag såg så skulle byggnaden vara placerad framför havet , -Vi fick tyvärr någon byggnad flera kvarteret in mot staden , sedan var det flera trappor upp vilket var jobbigt utan hiss . Interiört (Behövs renoveras) soffan och annat hade massa fett och cigarrette fläckar , Såg en del silverfiskar på Golvet också , ganska ofräscht. Helt okey lägenhet.

Apartment is located in the old city. Very close to the promenade and to the city beach. That's great, undoubtedly. It is furnished rather good and you have nearly everything needed. However, there are some traces of wear and long term usage. Nevertheless, the top communication, friendliness and responsiveness from the owner smooth out those minor nuances. Altough, the cleaning fee is very exaggerated 45 EUR. To my opinion it is too high, especially, considering that you must leave the apartment absolutely clean (to wash all dishes, to sort all towels and rubbish, to make your bad and so on, etc. ), otherwise you are not in compliance with the rental rules and your safaty deposit will be charged. I don't know how this place is quite enough, as there is a night bar in front of the house. And thanks to the night curfew it was closed. Otherwise it would be impossible to sleep, as the building is old and the noise isolation is extremely bad. You hear all your neighbours and all people in the street passing by.

Utmärkt läge i gamla stan. Endast 10 minuter till centralstation. 5 minuter till stranden. 1 minut till restaurang. Inte handikappvänligt. Suveränt för par som vill uppleva Nice och Rivieran.

The apartment was large, clean, trendy and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, in a quiet street in the middle of Old Town. The service was very professional, and we would love to stay in the apartment again in the future!

The place is in the Center of Nice old town. Very easy access to all attractions. The staff that managed the apartment is also very helpful. Instructions are clear and no surprises

A estadia em geral foi boa, mas o atendimento do pessoal responsável foi muito ruim, atendente que entregou as chaves altamente arrogante. Você só tem até 18 horas para pegar a chave, e cheguei as 17:59 porque meu voô atrasou ela não foi mostrar a acomodação e nem mostrar como abria o apartamento, não escutou o que eu estava pedindo, e ainda o apartamento que locamos não foi igual as fotos da apresentação do quarto. Então a única coisa boa era a localização. serviço de internet ruim.
