The owner was a very lovely polite and helpful man. The bed was very comfortable and very clean we had a really good stay. 5 mins walk to the centre ideal. Location. I would. Definitely stay again. Hopfully pretty soon.. Thankyou Edwin for a lovely stay

"Two night budget stay for single man"

Warm comfortable bedroom. Slept well, very quiet. Kettle in room but used kitchen for making cups of tea. Booked this because of a good price compared to other locations in Whitby. Host was very helpful upon arrival. Good value for money

All OK for the price.

I made the last minute booking at 3pm on the day I wanted to stay and Edwin replied in no time. He directed me to find the key so I could let myself in at 6pm. The bed was so comfy I had an excellent sleep. Value for money.

"We didn't stay at the property it was really bad really out dated and had a not so nice smell to it"

The host wasn't there to greet us the back door key was left in a table under a plant pot to let yourself in the house was very out dated the bedroom was out datedand scruffy it hadxa smell to it which wasn't very nice we didn't stay we went and dtayed some wete else he should be shut down its that bad

Everything very old fashioned and scruffy we didn't stay we looked at the room and left it had a smell to it which wasn't very nice
