"Recomendado pero puede mejorar"

La ubicación es excelente y fácil de llegar. La limpieza del lugar es muy buena.

No hay cómo ventilar el departamento. No hay ni un ventilador y la luz es poca. Faltan utensilios básicos como vasos y volteador.

La lámpara del costado de la cama no funcionaba así como la secadora de cabello, todo lo demas excelente!

Good location close walking distance to shops cafes and restaurants. Area felt safe and the neighbours were all friendly. The security guard was so helpful during our stay

Would only recommend to stay here for a minimal amount of time. If you were wanting to stay longer than 2/3 nights wouldn’t recommend. Kitchen facilities were very basic, not enough utensils to actually cook a meal. They don’t resupply essentials eg toilet paper

Está bien distribuido el apartamento

Estaba súper sucio, el agua caliente y la ducha terrible la primera noche un chorro diminuto y agua fría, es una pena pero la cocina era negro el papel de servilletas, luego me tocó comprar papel de baño un rollo y de casualidad, están bien deteriorado todo lo de la cocina, relación calidad precio no acorde

Clean apartment, comfortable bed and nice furniture

The neighborhood is bad, the code provided to open de apartment didn’t work and the telephone provided didn’t work either. I was lucky to see another tenant who gave me the number of another person in charge of the property so finally I got a key but it took more than 30 minutes to access the room. It was past 10pm and just wanted to shower and get in bed but NO HOT WATER!!! I call the second person about it and told me management will check on it the next morning!!!!???? In my one night stay???Told her that was not acceptable and wanted another room and she said I needed to call another person. I was exhausted and just showered with cold water and went to bed for few hours before my check out. Also, the apartment did have any bottled water nor any place to buy it so didn’t have anything to drink during my stay.

La ubicación del alojamineto me gustó, el barrio era agradable, aunque le faltaban algunos servicios en los alrededores

El apartamento ofrece los servicios mínimos, no existe limpieza diaria, no hay cafetera ni tampoco plancha por ejemplo. El guardia de la puerta duerme por las noches, lo que aumenta la sensación de inseguridad, y además el agua de la ducha no es facilmente regulable, o quema o está muy fría, no pudimos disfrutar de una buena ducha en los días que estuvimos allí. Bastante caro para lo que ofrece
