Claire was possibly the friendliest host we have ever met! We chatted & set the world straight over breakfast. Great location & a VERY easy uber trip into the city.

Initally thought the shower wasn't working but with a bit of patience we cracked it!

Everything !! I felt I was at a retreat (without) the sauna . The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Such a relaxing stay with lovely hosts Clare and Gene. This is truly a hidden gem.

"Excellent place to stay."

My wife and i stayed for two nights in room 3 Superking Ensuite because we needed to be close to the Royal Hull Infirmary to visit family. We were so glad we stayed here the whole experience was amazing such a lovely place. Our room was spacious and clean the bed was AMAZING so comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. No issues with parking secure and safe. Our special thanks goes out to our host CLARE for looking after us, she is wonderful. Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

"Very happy with our stay in Hull."

The hosts Clare and Gene could not do enough for you, anything you needed to know about Hull they new. The best places to eat or have a drink, museums to visit and galleries. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of it, so overall we were very happy.

Nothing to speak of.
