Arthouse Sea View - Acquamarina e Zaffiro

We had a great stay at Arthouse Seaview Apartments and would definitely recommend it overall. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location with easy access to everything we needed. Communication throughout our stay was excellent—Fredrick was especially helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made everything smooth from start to finish.

The only downsides were that the apartment was a bit difficult to find initially, as it’s located within a large complex, so clearer directions would have helped. We also experienced an issue with bathroom drainage. Although someone came to try and fix it, unfortunately it didn’t fully resolve the problem, which was a bit inconvenient.

Arthouse was in a wonderful location in the old town It was very clean, comfortable & well equipped We loved the balcony with it’s fabulous views & it was a sun trap all day long

Location and ease of check in.

Fabulous location, clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, although so many good bars around that we didn’t really need much. The balcony was wonderful and views superb (a little noise from a busy road below). Good shower and nice quiet pool area.

Nothing that is within the control of the hosts. The apartment was very noisy, despite being advertised as soundproofed. Our advice, embrace the bar downstairs and enjoy the music. You will hear every word in the room until 11pm so you might as well join in! 😊. There is a nightclub very close by, but this only caused disturbance in the early hours two nights out of ten Nothing that spoiled our trip. Sad to come home.

Perfect appartement. Zeer goed gelegen, dicht bij het strand, winkels, shoppingcentrum, restaurants, bars, ... . Prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Appartement is perfect in orde en zeer goed uitgerust. Zeer goede Wifi. Alles zeer hygiënisch schoon. Zeer goede informatie via de eigenaars. Bij problemen zijn z altijd contacteerbaar. Alles 10/10.

Niets viel tegen.

It’s a beautiful apartment,with a lovely big balcony , therein lay the problem.its a south facing patio so the sun is beating down on it all day ,with the glass wall amplifying the heat with no breeze being allowed in , the temp was in the late twenties but felt like the late thirties,was impossible to enjoy 😔😔😔

The pool was shut for the whole 10 days , I am sure the owners knew this’s as it was closed for upgrading, but we were not informed. I paid a lot of money to have a nice pool area , but we had to hike up and down a pretty steep hill in the heat to get to beach
