Secure Sea Point Stay with Mountain Views

The location of the place was really good, the room had nice mountain views and it's near good restaurants. I really liked the place and had a lovely time there.

The views were spectacular! The quietness was very relaxing. All appliances in working order.

The place was not clean. The pillow had a sweaty bum smell and made whole apartment stink. The couches was dirty and also stinky. The shower cubicle had black dirty muck on edges of floor. I paid over R700 extra for cleaning and no cleaning service. There were no extra blankets or heater for cold and rainy winter nights

The location was good not far from V&A .and the view was beautiful

The place inside is dirty especially the bathroom door,the inner that we slept with it was so dirty. Outside the passage you can smell the cigarette carpets is very dirty. Stuff not friendly. The place needs tharally cleaning.

The Building is very beautiful and neat with flower garden 5* . the Reception was so welcoming with Security officer Malibongwe being the face. He gave us the best reception entry and was so helpful throughout. Ooh bless his heart. 10 out of 10 for his service.

Story time: The Soughted It all started with a wrong address. 25 hofmeyer road is the address they are using.When we got there we were told no we are in the next building which is 605 Claremont flats, hofmeyer road. everything was ohk until we got into the Unit 605 assigned to us. We did the inspection and noted the apartment was not neat like it was on the advertisement. Then on the as we switched the Netflix. They prepared a profile Steven with a Monkey picture on it. At first we laughed it off and I even said the monkey looks cute and intelligent. I am Stephens. then watched few series. time to cook: only two pots one big and one small and two big pot lids and a dirty sticky pan with a piece of fried onion still hanging on it. I then took pictures of everything that was wrong in the unit. and sent to them. dirty walls, Oven with a broken door, the Microwave was smelling so bad. I even told them the kitchen as small as it is,it needs Mbali Nhlapho the house keeper to redeem it. two different old mugs one with a cracked handle. as if they were picked in a garbage bin in different location. The bathroom a disaster waiting to happen. door was so dirty when taking a Shower water flooding the bath room a whole Tsunami in the house.
