Staff extremely friendly , helpful and very kind hearted , full of information . Made my experience in MArrakech extra special . It was my birthday and they provided me with a cake to celebrate . Every staff member was friendly and always willing to help. The hotel location was amazing , i walked everywhere ! . Kitchen staff were lovely and the food was delicious

It was a perfect place to stay: a fully equipped room with thoughtful decor, delicious welcome tea and breakfast, and incredibly soothing (if extra-charge) hammam and massage services. Above all, the staff's warmth and kindness made my Marrakech experience truly memorable. Thank you!

The property is in a good location, but it’s not suitable for older guests or anyone with health issues. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep, making them quite difficult to navigate. The rooms are also quite small—though I understand that’s typical for a traditional riad, especially being from Marrakech myself. What really upset me, however, was the attitude of the staff. The kitchen staff were particularly odd. I ordered dinner and clearly mentioned that I’m allergic to paprika. Despite this, the tagine was full of paprika. When I pointed it out, one of the staff just casually said (in Moroccan) to take a spoonful of cumin and I’d be fine—but he didn’t even bring it. I ended up getting really sick on my journey back to Belgium.

I had the absolute pleasure of spending my holiday at Riad Francine De Marrakech Boutique Hotel & SPA, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable and enchanting hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, hospitality, and genuine care that instantly made me feel at home. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. I must give special thanks to Fakhreddine and Ibtissan, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Ibtissan was always attentive, kind, and ready to assist with anything I needed – from local recommendations to organizing excursions. her professionalism and genuine friendliness made a huge difference. Fakhreddine was equally wonderful – always smiling, helpful, and full of positive energy. His attention to detail and warmth added an extra layer of magic to the whole experience. Every interaction with the staff felt personal and sincere. They clearly love what they do, and it shows in how effortlessly they make every guest feel special.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a minute's walk from the heart of Medina and the Big Square. The room is exceptional, and the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly!

The lighting in the room is not sufficiently bright.

The Riad is located on walkable distance from a lot of places, on a quiet street which make it ideal for exploring the city. Also, the staff is great, friendly and very welcoming. Their recommendations were very good.

It would be nice to have a chair in the room.
