Spacious house. Quiet location. Kitchen very well equipped and beds very comfortable. Lovely communal spaces. The resort environment and facilties very good quality, clean and well looked after.

Only a small thing, we ran out of toilet rolls so could have done with a spare one in each bathroom.

The estate was lovely

The property was filthy! There were numerous dishes that hadn’t been cleaned that were put in the cupboards, literally used and dirty. Under couches were dirty and had old baby blankets lying there. We asked for earlier check in, but when we arrived, cleaners had only started and said we could check in at 4pm… we checked in only to find the place still dirty. Blankets on the beds were also dirty with cigarette holes. The outside (garden) furniture was unusable- rotting with holes, and the deck had also rotted with a hole in it, which one child fell through. We requested a camp cot and got asked to bring our own linen and mattress for it which seems pointless, so just bought our own campcot. Bed/mattresses are seriously soft and need replacing. When we complained to the property manager, he told me he was only in charge of cleaning.

It was not according to our standard of cleanliness . It was stuffy. Sofas were very uncomfortable.

The site was good swimming pools the hole family enjoyed we made use of the football and the tennis

Unfortunatley some of the activites wasnt starting till the following week so the children missed out

No air conditioning which in the top bedroom was unbearable when weather was hot

The photos need to be updated as they really didn’t do the property justice. This was a wonderful location for a group.

The thermostat was a bit strange and it would’ve been helpful to have a printed handbook with any quirks of the property.
