Inside plenty big enough for 10 people bedding clean plenty of crockery etc

The outside looked like it had never been cleaned. Inside of patio doors filthy, decking needed jet washing. At the front, walkway over grown, again little patio needed cleaning as well as windowsill. Overall outside needed attention to cleaning. Would have helped if there had been an information pack.

The home is beautiful. Very clean and spacious enough for 7 adults and 2 children. The home was very well equipped with good quality furnishings, plates, cutlery, very large sofa and dining table. The view of the lake was so amazing to wake up to each day. The staff were helpful on site. The pool and spa were also a great experience. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves here. We sure will be returning as the host was welcoming and available to answer any of my questions.

The home would benefit from a toilet on the middle floor as I travelled with a disabled person and an elderly and both were exhausted with the stairs to visit the toilet during the daytime.

The house was a lovely setting. Brilliant facilities around the house. Very comfy and enough space for 10 of us (4ad 6ch) Lots to do in summer will maybe come back.

There were a few maintenance issues at the house that should have been kept on top of. I emailed the owner to let her know. The house just felt a bit run down and needed a list of things fixing. The house could also do with a welcome manual to tell you about times of Swimming sessions, local amenities etc. The activities are great but we arrived on Wednesday and most slots had been booked as the booking sheets go up on a monday. Swimming was great but get to the pool early or you won't be able to swim in that slot as numbers are tight.

Excellent location and a great place to meet with friends. Communication with the host was very easy and efficient. Facilities were excellent and the twin bed was very comfy. Everything that you needed was provided - however I would recommend taking some of your own logs for the fire as the cost in the on site shop was very expensive. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Could have provided a starter log pack for a small cost.

Unfortunately it needs some maintenance and some TLC Some of the glasses were damaged and not very clean, hard floors could have done with a clean. There were only 3 hangers in 3 bedrooms and 4 in one bedroom which is no where near sufficient for a large property. Although there were plenty of drawers the cupboard space in the bedrooms downstairs ere filled with extra beds etc leaving little space to put suitcases and large items away. The complex is extremely dark and should have more low level lighting along roadways.

That it could accommodate us all.

Just a couple of minor things really. There were no chopping boards at all which meant we had to chop on plates which is not convenient. It was also really difficult to get in and around the dining table because of the sofa. Perhaps the sofa could move towards the window more to allow people to get to the table. The outside of the property needs weeding and sweeping.

House was well equipped for our family staycation, literally everything we needed, plus bonus of board games, highchair for our toddler, dog friendly. Bedsheets clean and comfortable beds. Good communication from host.

Property is showing it a little wear in places, like grouting in bathrooms, loose door handles etc, but nothing major. My brother and his partner stayed in the top floor bedroom which looked amazing but he said it got a bit warm even with the fan on and a window open.
