If you come by your own car the location is perfect. The house is versitile and spacious. Very suitable for families or adults travelling together. Four bedrooms, two with own bathroom and shower.

The house is not brand new and flawless, but that was not a problem to us, rather the opposite. The estate is remote without a car, but you can actually get an Uber to pick you up/drop you off at the doorstep, we did.

Not as advertised - property was not in good condition. Have logged complaint and provided evidence. Cooker was filthy on arrival full of grease. Soft furnishings and curtains were dirty. Outdoor furniture broken - BBQ rusty broken and unusable.

Excellent living room and balcony. Spa was lovely and the area is beautiful

There was issues with parking. We came with two cars but one day the soot designated to us outside the house was taken, I messaged the property manager who said to contact security but they said they could do little than give us a note to put on the cars door. Overflowing parking was always very full making parking the second car very difficult.

Fantastic house with space to sleep 10. Backs directly onto one of the smaller lakes at Lower Mill, handy for the kids to paddleboard. Spa access included which was a big plus. Lots of activities to do on site. Large communal areas, well equipped kitchen. Mona was a great host, very responsive to any queries we had.

Location was ideal. Plenty of ameneties. Ideal for touring area.

Nothing all perfect.perfect

The house was clean, beautiful and spacious with a nice view over the lake. We made the most the added extras. The little ones loved the "play room" (office) and all the games provided. My sister and I were happy to see all the baking equipment and lots of cakes happened! There are plenty of bathrooms and a comfortable lounge. The kitchen is amazing. Despite how cold the weather was we were warm and cozy in the house and made lots of happy family memories. The kids enjoyed the pool.

We were disappointed with the park itself. Not much to do in winter and no staff about to ask about things like tennis, trails etc (the app is not very helpful with this). The spa is more of a pool with treatment rooms. The trails are not maintained. We tried to take the yellow trail to the beaver enclosure and got stuck due to flooded paths so had to turn back. When it comes to the house we were predominantly happy with it however unfortunately most of the beds were not hugely comfortable otherwise I would have scored 9. Other minor things as constructive feedback... A bannister on the wall of the stairs would be good as our 3 year old was going up and down holding the posts which meant he was on the narrow bits of the steps where they corner. It would be nice to make the balcony a bit cozier for winter perhaps with heaters and an outdoor sofa.

Location, size, large open plan family room/kitchen. Spa facility on site.

Booked this property as wanted to use the balcony to sit, relax, eat, but sadly it was grubby/dirty and furniture needs renewal. Mildew etc.
