Everything. Owner unacceptably incompassionate and had no clue how to treat a poorly person no accommodation at all.

"Peaceful and relaxing stay in a lovely caravan"

Perfect location, spacious and well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with some lovely little touches that made it feel welcoming, we felt at home straight away. We were able to eat in the sunshine due to the picnic table and it was a short walk to the beach via a path linking the site to the beachfront. We slept so well, the bed was so comfortable and we were cosy and warm, wrapped up in beautiful fresh bedding. It was so peaceful and quiet and we couldn’t have felt more relaxed. The owner was very helpful and we felt really welcome in this lovely caravan. We will definitely be booking again.

Lovely modern caravan. Beds were really comfortable and the linen smelt lovely. Plenty of kitchen utensils pots and pans glasses and plates. Loved the corner with the books. Nice and warm well set out. Would definitely come back

Shame the Internet was very poor. Couldn't use it at all. The shower was too hot couldn't turn it down. The shower head leaked so no pressure.

From the beginning, we want to say a big thank you to our host. Before we arrived, she sent us an email with all the information regarding our stay there. The caravan is located very close to the beach, very quiet place, relaxing. We had everything we needed. It was a lovely experience

"What a lovely stay."

We loved every minute at Jacobs retreat, this is our second time. The caravan is so homely and in a lovely spot. Site is so peaceful. The area is beautiful for long walks with our dog. All amenities are on your doorstep, with just a short walk to shops, beach, restaurants etc. Amy our host seems lovely, she's so on the ball with replying to messages. We love this little gem.

There wasn't one thing to dislike.

"Poor.You could get better for your money"

Excellent location

Upon arrival we found full trash bags under the sink. The bedding didn’t look clean but just heavy febreezed. WiFi slow. Smeared mirrors and windows. Worn out furniture. Outside weeds around the caravan. Tried to call the owner about the bedding and other things. She didn’t pick up the phone but left a voicemail to send her email. So we did. No response ever
