2 bedroom house walking distance to city centre WITH FREE PARKING

Great location and parking. It had a great space for us to hang downstairs. Everything we needed for cooking our own food. Great powerful shower too.

Needed fans for the bedrooms as it was super hot weather. Would have been great to have outside table and chairs too so we could hang outside in the lovely weather.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy 20 minute walk to city centre. Easy to get to by car. Would happily stay again on my next visit.

Nothing to not like. Basic facilities, but well kept, clean and comfy.

The house was nicely furnished , clean and well equipped. The owner was not at the property but gave me detailed information about the key location and heating etc. It was an easy walk from the house to the centre of York and many of the attractions.

This is not a dislike or complaint but as the May temperatures were unexpectedly low some extra bedding in the smaller bedroom would have been handy.

Only 1/2 an hour walk from the middle of York, with a parking space, and in a quiet area, the house was exceptionally clean, well furnished, with everything you’d need for a short stay provided. The host was fantastic and answered questions quickly. Our stay was faultless

The waste management could do with a bit more explanation

To find such lovely and well set up accommodation with its own allocated parking bay and so close to York city centre has been brilliant. The house is modern, very nicely decorated and set up with everything you could need. The central heating and shower both work really well, too. Comfy beds and blackout blinds, plus being on a very quiet cul de sac, ensure a very good night’s sleep. Local shops and the city walls are all within 10 minutes walk, so the house is very well situated.

I have absolutely no criticisms - this house is amazing!

The host was available throughout the booking process, accessing the keys and beyond. I had a problem receiving an email but I spoke to the host on arrival at the property and he quickly allowed us access to the property.

I cannot think of anything that was even the slightest issue.
