"Great"

Great location, spacious and full of amenities. The host was very nice and accommodating.

Parking is very limited and there’s no parking after dark on the streets. We were visiting my son and his family before they moved to Germany, but they couldn’t stay after dark without possibly having their car towed.

There was no soap no trash bags the master bed was very uncomfortable plus we where under the impression we were getting the whole house

The accommodation was wonderful! Close to everything I wanted to be close to and the host was quick with responses and had clear communication. Very affordable and way best than staying at a hotel. Would stay here again!

"Better than expected and a good value. We plan on staying there again the next time we visit PHX."

Located in gated community with convenient access to interstate, sports bars and restaurants nearby. Newer apartment with comfortable bed and all amenities, including two TVs and W/D. Owner is hospitable and friendly. No worries booking this one!

"Late notice cost me over $1,000"

The host contacted me one day before arrival telling me the unit was not available. Had to find another place to stay and on short notice, had to spend 4X's the $$ booking rooms at the last minute. Understand things happen but late notice screwed me

The apartment was fine but the owner was a crook. Accused me of soiling the mattress. He and his staff invaded my privacy. They messed with all my belongings. Threatened to call the cops when I arrive to collect my things. Owner does not leave you alone. He ended up not refunding most of the 2800 dollars I paid for rent. Very very disappointed. I would not recommend this place to.anyone
