What a great place! Right by the duck pond. Lovely rooms. Great food. Decent selections of beers and wines.

Nice quiet location close to Driffield. Nice evening meal. Staff were nice and helpful.

Not very big menu, only one thing on it I would eat. Breakfast, no choice unless you want cooked, toast or weetabix, and only available between 8 and 9, not good for working people. Evening meal only available between 6.30 and 7.30. Room was dusty and had cobwebs. Only blinds on window which will be issue in summer with early sun.

Very good location, open fires, very clean, all the staff were fantastic and made us very very welcome, Toni, Sandra and all the staff looked after us very well.

The staff were lovely, couldn't be nicer. Offered to drive us to nearby restaurant as no taxi's available.

There was a strange smell in the corridor between the stairs and the rooms Only cooked breakfast available, cappuccino not included only plain coffee Toast was rock hard and sausage had strange taste

Very good breakfast. Our hostess was very kind & went the extra mile by driving us to a neighbouring village for an evening meal after a 7 hour drive at no extra cost.
