Little Dockray Two-Bedroom Apartment Centre of Penrith

- Good facilities in the kitchen and for entertainment including board games and TV apps - Central location in Penrith - Checking in instructions were clear - Reasonably priced

- Only 1 used toilet roll provided - Access to the apartment is up three lots of stairs, of which are steep and could be awkward for some people. We struggled getting the pram up and down the stairs - Bathroom, the only bathroom/toilet in flat 2 is an en-suite in the top floor bedroom. If anyone needed to use the bathroom in the night, you had to go into the bedroom of the other guests. This may not be ideal for some groups - Noisy at times, as to be expected with older properties but the windows were very thin. We had to check that they weren't open at one point due to the noise from the street

The apartment was very clean, bedding smelt amazing very well equipped and cosy, The entrance was not a problem at all because the upstairs is very clean and bright

Great little apartment in the centre of Penrith. Everything was just a stone throw away. Clean, modern, well equipped, perfect for a short stay.

All the stairs may be tricky but that's just a very small inconvenience

Great location in the centre of Penrith. Parking was easy with a disc-can get from local shops.

Unfortunately, the flat didn’t works for us. The entrance is well lit, although dingy and security could be better. Appreciate the cctv on the entrance door but was concerned why another camera is needed on the other side of the door. Didn’t feel safe. The steps are very steep and found it difficult with large suitcase. We couldn’t use the bedrooms on the road side as there is only single glazing and hence too noisy from nightlife and traffic. Had to leave property after first night and book a hotel.

Very comfortable beds and sofa. Plenty of hot water.

No warning about large number of stairs. Bedroom with no windows. Bathroom only accessible through one of the bedrooms. Door closures far too strong. Fridge not defrosted, thick ice round small freezer compartment which had no door. No cooking tools.

The location was perfect. Right in the centre of Penrith.
