Velmi špatná kvalita čistoty. Špinavé dveře, okna, prach na podlaze. Špinavá mikrovlnka. Chybějící skleničky. Velké střešní okno, které nesmělo na spaní zatáhnout.

Proximity to Norbiton train station and local shops

1. Dusty and not properly cleaned upon arrival, lots of damaged staff , leaks in the bathroom 2. absolutely not comfortably hot inside while the outside weather of 20 C because of ceiling windows - It was +32 in the morning inside !!! After my complaint manager organised portable conditioner which was installed in 4 days after and only in one room … But we had to open the window to let the air out BUT there is a MOT station in the next building with all that noise - so it was very inconvenient stay

I had a wonderful stay in Kingston Upon Thames, just a few minutes from Norbiton Station. The location was perfect quiet and well-connected to Central London, with shops and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was new, modern, and clean, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this place. Thank you !
