Only the hot weather, but that's nobody's fault

Self contained.

Too hot due to glass skylight ceiling with no blind. Poor ventilation with window openings being too high for easy access. The heat was unbearable. TV provided but could only access catch up apps. Customer Service contact not contactable.

The address was not given correctly, it took almost an hour to figure out the location of the facility. Tried many a times to booking.com and to the host company. Observing our frustration, a lady on the street provided us the phone of the host then we were able to get the lockbox code. There is no signage, nor we were not communicated by the booking.com nor the host company about the address and key-box code.

The apartment is beautifully furnished but It was very warm and uncomfortable. The road to the building is very dirty and the garbage made it difficult to smile well on the way.

This place is a complete disaster zone. Trying to find it is like a wild goose chase because the owner is too lazy to show up and assist – he'll just give you half-hearted directions over the phone. Once you finally manage to stumble into the freezing cold apartment, you'll be greeted by filthy towels and bed sheets that smell like they've been rotting for weeks. The couch and carpet are so disgustingly dirty, it's like stepping into a time capsule from the 80s. I paid 250 GBP for cleaning, but no one showed up, so I had to clean everything myself before leaving. When I asked for a refund, they refused. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. "Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare like the plague – it's a total disaster waiting to happen."
