The location isn't bad but you just have to go through a broken alley way. But the neighborhood is nice

It seemed a tad expensive but rooms were spacious and clean

I booked at short notice as I am having a new kitchen fitted. I was misled by the description offering Parking and a location in Hampton Wick - since updated but too late for us. The only parking is 4hrs max with no return for 2 hrs - a logistical nightmare. The only working entry is via a dark lane behind fast-food outlets. The rubbish was not emptied all our 3 week stay (and clearly for weeks before). The local agent has escalated multiple queries to Head Office without any response. the flat was ok but poorly equipped with minimal crockery, cutlery etc. I was overcharged and ignored.

Close to shops and town center

The walk in from the main road is not easy on both sides, the main door was unlocked for days before a complaint was made. The staircase was always flooded and slippery with a huge puddle on the landing. More lighting is needed in the entryway.

Location

Services like a weekly clean were not included in the price as stated in booking.com, there was an incident at the property where the skyline broke and fell suddenly. Although we were moved to another room it was smaller and without a balcony and I have had to chase up the company for a refund.

SERCASA team made us feel very " well-taken care of and pampered" , which is something you would really want to feel while you are abroad in a new country. They are Extremely professional and caring for their guests!! From the very easy-well explained self-check in Manual and illustrative pictures explaining the several entry points to the building, to the extremely rapid response of the management team to all our inquiries, concerns & requests. We reported that the current cooking pots are rusted and cannot be used, the management team very graciously shipped us an entire new cooking pot set the dat after. The interior decoration was eye pleasing , the kitchen was fully equipped , even with an Americano Coffee Machine as if you were in your own house!! I loved my stay at Kingston because of the way Sercasa's management eloquently and generously communicated with us and took care of our needs
