i was in one of the top floor flats, the property is bright and airy and perfectly adequate for a single traveller. it was clean. the facilities were (largely) as expected for these type of places. Location was quiet. Nice toiletries

Where to start... if you're going to provide a fancy pod based coffee machine, you provide pods otherwise its just a useless ornament taking up space on the counter. In fact having stayed at a lot of these places this is the only one on a very long time where basics such as tea bags/coffee/salt/pepper etc arent included, for the love of god why no bin bags. Im happy to take my rubbish out but i am also pretty sure im not going to go and buy bin bags, kitchen roll etc for a 1 week stay. Do better. Next the windows. In the living room i as a 5 foot 7 inch female cant reach them to open them without climbing up the back of one of the two dining room chairs (which i presume you dont want guests to do) so my 6 foot 6 inch partner opened them when i arrived (more of that in a moment) and they were left open the whole time, regardless of weather which as one day it absolutely chucked it down meant the blinds got soaked (again im guessing you wouldnt want that). The window in the bedroom conversely doesnt stay open as there is nothing to latch it to. Now i stayed in the summer, it was hot. the property is encased/made from corrugated metal which makes it hotter still. Each room has a fancy thermostat which showed the air temp was 38 degrees on arrival. despite putting the fan on, knocking down every single thermostat to its very minimum it rarely dipped below that. every morning when i left the family who appeared to be living next door would have the front door propped wide open just to try and get some airflow through. it was intolerable.

Excellent location from Train station and bus stops

The room is not clean. Floor was not cleaned well when we arrived. Dust patches under the sofa. Spider webs on the walls.

The balcony was dirty when my parents checked-in. Then the wifi suddenly stopped working just after 4 days of arrival. It was an excruciating long stay without wifi, which also meant there was no TV since the property only had Netflix and no local TV channels. We couldn’t reach our parents on their phones and had to check in physically 3 times a day to make sure they were ok. We then got a local SIM card, but due to the structure of the building, the network service was bad. When the host eventually got In touch to let us know what the issue was, they only responded with an email to let us know about the wifi outrage in the area. After that day, no one from the property management company got in touch ever again to follow up or give any form update. Another email was sent to asked if there would be any compensation for the traumatising 6 days left of the booking and they said they were working on it and would get back. Unfortunately there has been a complete radio silence since the checked out. The host company never checked in during the stay let alone follow up. The wifi issue was never resolved when we left Still never heard back from them. We ended up checking out early as well as it was all just too much to handle for our elderly parents who didn’t want to go out much but to relax at their holiday apartment. The entrance leading up to main building entry way was always dirty and not well presented with big garbage bins. Many Delivery bikes for the restaurants next door parked around obstructing the driveway whenever we came by to visit.

New flat, everthing new , location is very good, owner of the flat is very helpful

location was amazing as the train station was close by. Room were spacious. All utensils and appliances were provided in the kitchen. Easy procedures to check in and check out.

was a bit warm inside the room due to the glass ceilings. A fan was provided but an Air Conditioner is required as it becomes very warm during the day time or a blind or curtain for the glass ceiling.
