Nos preguntaron a q hora queriamos el desayuno, quedamos a las 8, estubimos una hora entera hasta q lo sirvieron a las 9. Una sola persona para hacerlo, y servir mesas. Mal

Bij het diner kijkt er niemand naar je om. Je moet gaan bestellen bij de bar, maar dat was ons niet bekend. Tussentijds geen contact met personeel. De tweede dag duurde 't ontzettend lang voor 't ontbijt kwam terwijl wij de enigen waren!

Unfortunately it was record breakingly hot that night! But the staff did offer us their massive fan from the bar after we came back down from our oven of a room on the second floor asked for a fan. Our room No.24 on the second floor right at the top of the hotel. We had to carry all our luggage up two flights of stairs then walk into a room hotter than the sun! As I have knee problems my wife had to then walk down two flights of stairs to the bar and then carry a massive heavy fan back up those flights of stairs. I know it was uncomfortably hot ,but making her carry the fan up and down shouldn’t have been necessary. Unfortunately I do like this place, but wot be back.

De sfeer, precies wat we zochten. Interieur beneden leek wel een museum. Erg mooi.

Loved everything. Booked very last minute and staff were amazing on reception, so helpful and friendly, courteous and professional. Room was big and faultless. Breakfast was absolutely perfect in every way possible and the town is so lovely, independent shops, cafes, hotels and castle ruins. Well worth a night or two visit. Highly recommend.

Historic, center of town, superb staff!!! Very comfortable very nice. Loved the decor, especially the paintings! Breakfast was spectacular! And the young lady in charge of that was very attentive and very accommodating.

Lacking in certain standard amenities, and some appliances (lighting/vanities mirror) were not functioning. The Inn does a thriving pub and restaurant business and this may occupy much of the energy? If this were my establishment, I would perform a Deep Cleaning and Maintenance, room by room. Carpets need steam cleaning, furniture was a bit sticky in places, cosmetic fixes, etc.
