Andrew was the go to staff who performed wonderfully and addressed all my concerns . A great hotelier who deserves more than 10 stars

no elevator. AC systems need thorough cleaning and maintenance

The location was great. The air conditioning in both appartments was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the appartments were stylish. Unit 10 had a full kitchenette and washing machine. Unit 9 had a full kitchenette.

Unit 10 bathroom was not clean on arrival and the door was handle/ lock was broken. After reporting this a cleaner and locksmith were sent to the appartments. Unit 9 had no hot water in the bathroom and the balcony door didn’t lock. Again a cleaner was sent to rectify these issues. However, both showers need to be fixed. The water temperature goes from cold to slightly warmer to cold. And the water pressure goes from fast to slow to drips. There is a night club across the road that goes from 10pm to 6 am some nights. Ear plugs!

Fantastic location ideal to explore the vibrant town and nearby locations such as Ancon. Good facilities to freshen up clothes etc after travelling

Only downside is that there is a night club which is open air behind an old facade nearby. Which doesn’t close until 7am at weekends. That’s the only downside to this property

Het bed!!! Laten we eerlijk zijn, de hoofdreden om een verblijf te boeken is om er te slapen, ik vind het ronduit belachelijk dat er dan zo’n slecht bed wordt geboden. Het is volledig doorgezakt, mega kuilvorming waardoor we allebei slecht hebben geslapen en ook nog eens mega last van onze rug hebben gekregen. Daarnaast was er eens sterke geur van rook in het appartement en vond ik de communicatie met de verhuurder zeer beperkt, alleen maar standaard berichten maar niet reageren op een vraag vanuit ons. Bijzonder dat er dan ook nog een standaard mail volgt met het verzoek een 10/10 te beoordelen en graag feedback te ontvangen. De feedback van slechte bedden is al eerder gegeven zagen we, daar is duidelijk niets mee gedaan!

I stayed in this large, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for most of a month around Christmas. It's directly across from Parque De Santa Ana on the western edge of Casco Viejo. At Christmas, the park was beautifully lit. There's a large supermarket 200 meters away. The apartment is close enough to everything in Casco Viejo. The apartment itself has one long room that's more than enough space for one person, plus a bedroom in the very back and a bathroom in the very front. The bathroom entry is adjacent to the large, glass, French doors facing the street and park which means *everyone gets a show* when I'm going from the bedroom to the bathroom! The kitchen is typically equipped with dull knives, uneven/warped pots, and cheap dishware, but at least it has a large toaster, full-sized fridge, and big microwave. The apartment has three split-level air-conditioning units. The apartment is on the first (not ground) floor, so some stairs need to be navigated. There's a small balcony overlooking the park which greatly added to the value. There's an Italian restaurant under the apartment which gives a 10% discount for residents (both of the apartment and the hotel.) Instructions for getting the apartment keys were easy and well-communicated. The neighborhood is multifaceted, with the money and tourism of Casco Viejo to the east, the waterfront/exit from Casco Viejo to the north, and then the completely different, falling-down apartment dwellings that the locals live in to the west. A wrong turn at night can get a bit spooky, but it's otherwise a very safe neighborhood.

The induction range controls are hard to read and it's not clear one needs to hold down the lock/unlock button before then holding down the power button to get the thing to work, leading to a full weekend without a good way to cook! The bathroom smelled badly on the first day so I opened the window. I saw one roach in the bathroom so from then on I left the light on. It is *not* a quiet place as: (1) The Italian restaurant has a live band playing on weekends, complete with a drum set. (2) The neighborhood has several clubs, so there is thumpy music that, while not overpowering enough to drown out the TV, is present. (3) Every night, the neighborhood clubs kick everyone out *at 4 am* and those patrons then multiply the street noise for an hour or so. This isn't bad if you're sleeping (since the bedroom is in the back,) but if you're trying to sleep, it's intrusive. One air-conditioning unit's drain got blocked while I was out of the apartment for an hour or so, causing me to return to a few liters of water on the kitchen counter/floor/everything around it. The distance between the bathroom and the bedroom is the full length of the long apartment. The apartment doesn't provide any cleaning supplies, so a full month there means buying single-use items that don't travel well.

Upscale apartment, great location, private bedroom, washer/dryer in unit and equipped kitchen. Safe entrance.

Perfect for a family of 4. Nice location- walking distance to the Hat street. Right next to the famous Coca-Cola restaurant. Across the street from the Santa Ana Plaza. Excellent amenities.

Couple of minor inconveniences -No soap or body wash in the bathroom. We had to go to the hotel reception to get some. The apartment is on the 4th floor. Not an issue if you don't have a lot of luggage.
