Casa Mercedes - Deluxe Apartments in Casco Viejo

The location of this apartment is fantastic: Santa Ana Park with its beautiful trees right outside your patio, 100m from a large supermarket, and practically in the Casco Antigo with all its bars, restaurants, and nightclubs just a few seconds' walk away. The Cinta Costera is a 5-minute walk. The stove, the regular-sized refrigerator, and the washer-dryer are great advantages.

Given the advantages of the location, you also have to deal with the disadvantages, such as the noise from park visitors day and night, the music from the bars until 6:30 am, 7 days a week, and the traffic and its honking horns. If you can handle the vibe and the hustle and bustle of a city, you'll love it; I stayed there for six weeks. Hot water isn't always available; perhaps there are too many people using it at the same time?

Location was remarkable. The apartment was recently renovated. Had all the necessary items. It was clean. Good shower.

The owner obviously had a lot of apartments in the same building, so the pictures didn’t match the suites. One bedroom had a wall made of window. It had no curtains on it. There were also no curtains in the living room, resulting in a very bright early morning. This apartment is in the club area. The music, from 4 different clubs, blasts until 4:30am. There should be a warning by the owners about that. Plus, the owners asked us not to say anything negative on the review—-which was uncomfortable for me.

Love the location it is located in the heart of the city. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping at great prices, local market,local food shops and distribution outlets where you can purchase perfumes and items wholesale and night clubs are all in walking distance from the apartment. The facilities met expectations, staff extremely helpful and friendly, the apartment was very clean

No kettle.

It was in a perfect location, close to everything. It was safe, clean and I loved that it had kitchen facilities. The directions sent by the host was also perfectly clear.

The sofa was itchy.

La ubicación, queda al puro inicio de Casco Antiguo. Tiene varios supermercados cerca y muchas opciones de restaurantes. Todos los instrumentos de cocina. Una vista linda a Ciudad de Panamá.

Por mi no hubo ningún problema pero los fines de semana se escucha música porque abajo hay lugares de fiesta, sin embargo las paredes repelen muy bien el sonido.
