"Friendly & helpful"

It was as Saturday night & was busy, which was good to see. We only met one member of staff, but she was very helpful & friendly.

I prefer a buffet style for breakfast.

The location was within 5 minutes of the crematorium

Very expensive for one night, at breakfast, I asked for a cappuccino only to be told that the bar was closed!!!!

TV not working in all rooms as knocked on doors and asked. Room small and pokey. I asked about breakfast but it was only served at 9 and I had to set off at 8 and they still took the 12.99 even though I said no. One young girl doing everything bar, food serving and b and b and she didn't have a clue. Middle of nowhere. Wish I had driven extra 20 miles and stayed at premier in Lancaster
