Friendly, warm and welcoming.

Breakfast was only served 9am -10am. Would have liked it earlier. It was delicious though!

Friendly a very accomodating to request. Gluten free breakfast was great.

Need to remember the sat nav route used very narrow roads.

Food was really, lovely last host, was on my way to Scotland so used it as a midway stopover.

Man road location whizzing cars far too fast. I didn't have any kids with me but would of been concerned even though it was very safe. I mentioned to the manageress that they should contact the council to have a 20s plenty flashing sign like they do in Scotland. Just an idea. Best regards Jamie from Hastings

We were travelling with e bikes and staff were very helpful with regard to storage. Burgers for dinner were excellent.

We arrived from a rainy ride and being able to put the heating on would of been really helpful

The one lady that was doing everything by herself and the only person we saw was lovely.

We booked and paid for a superior King room and ended up with the smallest room a small uncomfortable double bed the bathroom was clean but literally a small cupboard size! Bed side hanging lamps were covered in thick dust and the room was very tired !!

Lovely staff in the bar. Easy to find and park. Lovely bar and dining area. Room good, lovely top bath and separate shower cubicle. Everything recently refurbished to a high standard. We had dinner in the dining area and it was lovely, very tasty and filling. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Very good value if included in the room rate. Yes there is road noise if your room is at the front, but the road quietens down at night so it didn't bother us.
