Boa localização, espaço grande com muita variedades de lazer.tinha alguns funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos

Grande parte da equipa não falava português, senti me fora de Portugal.a limpeza foi a pior parte da minha experiência neste hotel.

Mooi hotel met veel faciliteiten. Service en personeel waren goed en aardig. Leuke yoga les gevolgd. Alleen te boeken met half pension. Erg druk bij ontbijt en avondeten. Zou a la carte kunnen, maar was al volgeboekt, dus een buffet. Niet lekker gegeten.

TUI groepsreis gevoel. Buffet van onvoldoende kwaliteit voor de prijs die wij ervoor moesten betalen. 30 min lopen van het centrum. Maar makkelijk bus of taxi te nemen.

Location was great

Room was old , nothing upgraded, Old carpet , old bed, old bathroom, old furniture, I understand about vintage hotels , but this was not vintage, this was just old furniture in an old hotel unit . For the price that I paid I expected way more for my money , this is not a 4.5 star hotel , the only good is the location..

The staff were amazing. Our son is unable to have dairy so we asked the reception to provide soya milk and margarine, this was available for us the next day. Really accommodating. One gripe was that the kids club was not open. This really should be advertised when/ if open prior to booking. Other than that, an excellent hotel and even better staff.

Location was pretty good, nice views from the room and faily near the main part of town and not far from the beach. Room was large and clean but dated. Impessive lobby and frontage, lovely gardens and nice pools.

Breakfast was disappointing, only one old toaster for hudreds of people up to a 15 minute wait for toast, most of the hot food was cold, had to wait several times for fresh eggs and hot coffee. Canteen staff(and I would call it a canteen) were pleasant but their prime objective seemed to be clearing plates to get people through as quick as possible, twice my plate was cleared before I had finished whilst I was away waiting for toast. The evening meal in the canteen as opposed to the a la carte restaurants was virtually inedible. The booking system for the a la carte restaurants is computerised and over complicated. We eventually mangaged get bookings but not for time slots that were good for us and based on the quality of the meal in the canteen on the first night we cancelled subsequent bookings in order not to risk further dissapointment and ate out; thus negating the price included meals at the hotel. The room was very nice but I tink the decor was very 80s and there were no plugs near the beds for charging devices (phone/headphone/comuputer etc. There was a whole small cateen area in the room ( a bit bizarre ) but no tea and coffee privided. In a hotel like this I would expect a decent cup of coffee first thing. Overall I would not stay here again. The whole thing seemed like a slightly upmarket Holiday camp and I did note that a lot of people were wearing all inclusve wrist bands. Finally the bathroom had an oldfashioned shower over bath( no use at all for my partner who has athritis and couldn't get into the bath to use the shower) and the sink tap was increadibly stiff and againg I had to set it for my arthritic partner pretty dissapoiting.

The entrance of the hotel is promising, the new building is nice, there is also a billiard. The restaurants are okay, if you pay for half-board, you must go there instead of the buffet. Parking.

The buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast is very very bad and poor quality. The food were not tasteful and delicious. The staff literally do not know how to make an egg. The receptionist did not want to give us invoice, we needed a more than 1 hour long debate to do that. The kind of staffs are not allowed in this category.
