El personal muy accesible y amable, nos dejaron usar el área común techada para un picnic ya que las lluvias no nos permitieron hacerlo en la playa. Las instalaciones muy amenas y relajantes, y el hecho de tener una cocina para guardar y preparar comida y agua disponible, fue de mucha ayuda!!! No alcanzamos a meternos a la alberca, solo estuvimos en los camastros, el área super agusto y relajante

El balcón que especifican es parte del pasillo de tránsito, no es un balcón privado, especificarlo solamente en la descripción del cuarto estaría bien.

Ofrece todo tipo de comodidades (bebida de cortesía, toallas para la playa, sombrilla…). La cocina compartida es muy completa. La piscina muy práctica. Además pudimos usarla y ducharnos después de hacer el check out. El personal muy atento. Un lugar muy tranquilo.

A pesar de tener buena ubicación para ir a la playa y disfrutar de la Punta de Zicatela, no es el más accesible en transporte público. Nada que no solucione un taxi o un pequeño paseo.

Very nice hotel and staff. The pool is great, the location excellent. Would certainly recommend, but the experience was badly influenced by the departure.

The only thing that put a damper on the experience: we asked the staff to book a taxi for the early morning and to please make sure that the taxi is big enough for the 4 of us and our luggage. A couple of hours later, we checked to make sure that the taxi was booked, but it wasn't. So we asked another person to please book the taxi and make sure that the taxi is big enough for the 4 of us and our luggage. Sure enough, the next day at 6 a.m. a taxi was there; to small. We had to order an additional one, pay double and had the stress off arriving late at the airport. When we wrote the hotel about it, they apologized but didn't take any responsibility.
