The very unhelpful management.

Spacious, decent size shower and comfortable bed

Really lovely room with comfy bed, sofa, kettle and fridge. Peaceful and relaxing, in a beautiful village setting close to the open moor. Stayed in lots of nice places during my week walking around the moor, but the Pack Horse Inn is where I felt the most at home.

Convenient for Ivybridge. Clean. Not too noisy with pub downstairs . Even at weekend

I was looking for hotels on Google Maps near Holy Island. I was redirected via the link on Google Maps to this hotel with the exact same name in Devon, not thinking to check the location because I was looking at it based on looking for hotels on Google Maps. I arrived at 11pm on the night to be made aware of this via the hotel staff at the one near Holy Island. Not sure if this is a Google issue or a Booking.com issue or what, but definitely needs amending. Highlighting this issue for those who make the same mistake.

The location of the Pack Horse was perfect for us - family just in the village. The room was very comfortable - plenty of space The ensuite bathroom is spacious The staff are very friendly

There is no food served at the pub at all Some of the blinds in the bedroom were broken The TV is extremely small The WiFi was turned off when the pub downstairs closed - Sunday, at 10.30pm The shower is very good, once you work out how to use it!

Quiet room, friendly staff, value for money.
