Everything was working as it should be.

They way how you collect the keys, could be a safe lock box. No hidden fees, they say you get your deposit back in full but in reality they keep £5.

Convenient for NEC

The apartment is not high end or luxury in my opinion. The overall condition is tired and in need of attention. There was a broken light in the sitting room ceiling, the fridge door is held together with tape and there are broken doors and worktop in the kitchen. While the floors and surfaces were clean the walls and doors were marked and definitely not clean in some places. You have to collect and return the keys from a shop which you need to drive to, not ideal when you want to leave. Also I had to chase the return of the security deposit which wasn't returned in the time frame advised.

Pros: Conveniently located near Birmingham Airport and the NEC, making it ideal for a short stay or as a base for attending event

Cons: The property is advertised as ‘high-end,’ but it falls short of that description. The kitchen and bathroom are noticeably dated, likely original to the building. There are unfinished details such as partially painted ceilings, missing light shades, a broken lamp, and low-quality beds. No key lockbox on-site; guests must collect the key from a nearby shop, which is not made clear upfront. A £100 deposit was requested on the day of arrival, and only after that were key collection details provided.

Easy to get in touch with owner and quick to reply. Property was nice and clean, everything working perfectly.

Overall it was a nice little place to stay will definitely be booking this again

The hot water in the shower or bath wasn’t working, so had to use kettle water to make the kids bath
