Asked if we could check in early, they said yes but it would cost £20 an hour so declined. The shop where you collect the key from is not “ local” , without a car it would have been a nightmare. No batteries in tv remote so couldn’t watch tv They take £100 deposit which you have to pay into an account and then charged me a £5 cleaning fee even though advertises all charges included. And thanked me for leaving property so tidy! Took 3 days to get deposit back Have to return keys back to the not so local shop

Very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone. I didn’t get my full deposit back. They lied about the deposit. I paid £100 and they returned only £35.

I was told that i would get my full deposit back if i don’t cause any damages. However they kept £35 for service charge and cleaning fees. Very disappointed. I had to keep asking for them for returning the deposit.

Spacious close to shops and location of event. Good parking and good communication through out

The house is nice, very quiet and charming area with good parking. House had everything we needed. The owners looks forward to help you for immediate needs. Recommend for family stay if you have car.

Owner did not have Safe deposit system thru credit card. Banking deposit is not easy for international travellers. International transfer fees are more expensive then night rate. Pick up keys very far away from house, although easily managed, If you have a car.
