never seen anything like it in my life had to pick up keys from a shop which is too far away from the property then the host never sent the code to collect it to try contacting host never answered the call then waited 10 mins for a txt bk

The property was filthy the cleaner hadn't clean the property the beds was dirty had oil over them an wet it smelled disgusting spit and snot on the walls kitchen and bathroom was filthy I couldn't sit anywhere and to top it off found crack pipes under the sofa and in the cupboard I contacted the host and he seemed unbothered jus said I can send bk ur deposit an issue a refund it's like he knew about the crack pipes

Spacious and cheap

It is a little dated but fits the price

The property was clean, comfortable and homely. Ideal location for the NEC and just perfect to come back to after a busy day

house was great and host really helpfull

need more instructions for travellers outside uk. for example how the main door lock.

I was only there for 1 evening so the host kindly waved the £100 deposit. The building was quiet

It looks like ex social housing The kitchen cupboards are really poor The fridge freezer smelt like something had died in it

Good locale. Easy access. Decent facilities. Clean.

Small things - TV remote batteries wrong way round so took ages to turn TV on. Boiler switched off so sat in cold for hours before we worked it out. Didn’t like cash damage bond hard work swapping bank details why not credit card hold? Drove a bit out of our way to pick up and drop off keys.

It's in a great and quiet location but close to shops. Host was informative and responsive. The flat was lovely and felt homely.
