Kawaha on the Lake

This property is like being at home in a cabin on the lake. It had a cabin like feel and was absolutely wonderful. It was a huge home with all the amenities you could think of. They even included lifejackets and oars to walk down the path to the lake, where they have kayaks that you can take out for a paddle. The view was stunning. We even got to light a fire one night in the wood-burning fire place. It was a perfect stay and we appreciate all of the little details that made it that way. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Nothing

The view from the house was excellent! House was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. A small supermarket across the road was very convenient too.

The upstairs bathroom has a very large spa bath with a shower hose which would be wonderful for young children but as we were all over 70 we found the bath too high to get into and too hard to shower in because of the shower being hand held.

Where it was located and great people in neighbourhood

The front door was hard to open. Problem with the key lock should be addressed

Walking track to lakeside need maintainance

Family of 9 staying at Kawaha on the lake property, very cosy with the timber feel throughout the house view to die for of the lake and surrounding mountains and watching the sunrise every morning like a living postcard. Would stay there again, great place to relax and have great family time playing games and movie nights with the fireplace going.

Just a quick drive to supermarket and not much further to get to the main shopping centre and a dairy at the end of the driveway of the property and a hop,skip and a jump to skylines and many other attractions what more can you ask for.
