"Idyllic bolthole in the Quantocks"

This lovely accommodation situated high in the Quantock Hills. Comfortable bed and lounge area together with breakfast table. Plenty of choice for the cold breakfast delivered every morning. Separate bathroom is huge, plus a dressing room beside. Our host, Stu, was very friendly, but didn’t interact too much. Checking out wandering Roe Deer, pheasants and squirrels in the garden is just a bonus. If the weather is nice, the patio area is pleasant to sit in.

Stu has thought of everything, so there isn’t anything we didn’t like.

Even though it was not a cooked breakfast , the breakfast was plentiful, Various cereals, fresh bread, fruit, yoghurt, warm pastries, juice, fresh milk

"The brilliant Cheese Room"

Fantastic! We couldn't have asked for more. The cheese room is attached but very private. Total peace and a lovely fun breakfast. If we need to stay in the area again we'd choose this every time. Thank you.

Wow!! 2 night stay ,absolutely fantastic service very friendly welcome on arrival,breakfast exceeded our expectations.Room and facilities top quality,location super ,nice to wake up to the local wildlife watching them from the window in the morning. thankyou stu can't wait to come back next year for another break.

"Perfect…"

The breakfast prefect was lovely…warm pastries fresh juice etc.It was well planned you ate in the room but the food was ready at 8 am for collection .The host had thought of everything they even did the washing up ! I have to say we were delighted with The Cheese Room ..it was perfect in every way, lovely decor and warm and welcoming .

Very peaceful, lovely surroundings, lots of wildlife, tastefully decorated, good facilities, very friendly and attentive hosts. Good selection of breakfast foods. Would love to stay again.

"Second visit for us to this excellent B&B, which was as relaxing as our first."

Exceptional B&B in a very peaceful location. Bed extremely comfy, excellent walk-in shower, lovely fresh breakfast provided each morning which we could collect and eat in our suite. Everything we needed had been though of and the suite itself is very private.

Nothing to criticise at all! Although the location is right out in the countryside, it is within a short drive of plenty of places to eat and not many miles from the large centres of both Taunton and Bridgewater.
