Location, decoration, very comfortable and cozy.

Too many stairs

Location was wonderful and the home is spacious and beautiful. The furniture and architecture make it feel like a special place to be, and it’s a comfortable place to be. The roof deck is incredible, and the hosts were lovely and helpful.

My only note is that small things were missing that many other properties on our trip did include - paper towels for the kitchen, a wine opener, laundry soap, coffee/tea, beach towels. All easy to work around, but maybe nice for future guests.

Very well located, spacious house. Roof terrace is simply amazing. Gregory was always available and very helpful.

The location is fantastic plenty of places to eat, easy access to all amenities. Was beautiful at night and you can walk around the castle or to the port, or simply around the mediaeval town. It is well worth visiting and staying there, such a great experience.

Unfortunately I have to report on my stay at the time and is no reflection on the location. There was no internet it did not work, the owner did try to fix but couldn't. As business people who had commitments no internet was not great. The plumbing in the upstairs toilet was broken and you had to turn it off and on by hand to flush both upstairs' and down stairs toilets. The owner was trying to get someone to come next day but no one came. The apartment is advertised as a 2 bedroom but it is only one proper bedroom. The other is down on level one of three levels and is a sofa bed and does not have a door to the room. Plus it is near the Toilet and you need to walk through the room to get to it. It is quite dated and could do with a renovation not as good as the listing says. But it could be completely different for the next guests.

Nice apartment in an ancient building in the historic centre of Otranto. Beautiful view on the port from the terrace. In room bathroom. Just keep in mind that the apartment is on three floors. The owner is very kind.
