Static Caravan on Lady's Mile Holiday Park

The location was great for us we were able to drive to where we wanted to go. It is abit out the way if you do not have access to mode of transport although did notice a bus stop outside the front of the site. The site as a whole was lovely. Very big!

The caravan i stayed in plot 82 was awful! The list is endless from a cracked window. Dirty sofa that smelt of urine. Chipped plates. Broken items left on top of units in kitchen. Dirty cutlery and drawer extractor fans built up in grease and dust. Fridge dirty. We had to eat out for the duration of our stay. Decking had seen better days didnt look very appealing. The whole caravan had an awful smell. Tipped boiling water down the plug. Which made it worst. Would not be staying again. Ive reached out to booking.com with all the evidence awaiting a response.

It was away from all the facilities so not too noisy.

Bathroom door did not have a lock.

Sight was good.

Caravan was dirty. Things not there that said would be. No hairdryer. no barbecue no spatula. No lock on bathroom door. Asked to pay £100. deposit for bands to use swimming pool. Which I never.

The park was clean and had a nice pool, was fairly close to the beach. Caravan in general was clean and was standard. Televisions in each room and beds were comfy. There was a problem with one of the pipes and host came straight out to fix it and didn't affect the holiday. Lots of good play areas on site. Shower was nice and warm.

Very close to neighbours who had 3 dogs who like to bark in the next caravan and were out socialising til after midnight each night, if someone wanted to settle earlier they were loud. Oven was not clean and trays were just not ok to touch let alone use. There were very very basic utensils no tea spoons, spatula, /mixing jug/ bowl, tin opener didnt work, pans were very old and grubby, No blinds or curtains on front door, ensuite, bathroom, kitchen etc. Didnt find out til after we booked that you have to pay for passes to use pool etc, as it lists private pool in the facilities I think this is misleading. Also listed bbq that is not there. Window cracked and no lock on bathroom door

The site and staff were excellent!

The caravan we stayed in was a private booking, absolutely terrible! Dirty stained mattress, dirty cooker , had to clean toilet before use ! Cooking utensils dirty , frying pan had to be cleaned before use . Window cracked along whole length of glass. Have tried to contact owner, no joy! Will definitely book through the holiday park next time.

Very comfortable.

Shower could be better.
