Static Caravan on Lady's Mile Holiday Park

Caravan was in great location but the caravan itself is dirty and no hot water no towels veg was dirty and the freezer box was full of opened open food, and and the couch was nasty very very dirty. Had to put a quilt on the couch so we could sit on it.

Good location within easy reach of the friends we were visiting

Fiddling about with the key safe as it was difficult to see the numbers. Would have been better to pick up from reception on arrival

First time coming was amazing holiday camp will definitely come again kids really loved it

Location and park facilities were good

Van wasn't clean at all. Had to mop and clean ourselves, and the floor was filthy. Ants in the lounge and kids' bedrooms. Bedding for kids was too thin inadequate and questionably not fresh. Not the best..Needs a real good clean and paint.

Holiday park staff were lovely, good park facilities & nice area.

Awful owners asked for refund and refused. Spoilt my son's birthday weekend. Sofa bed broken unsafe collaped when you sit on it. They don't provide enough swim bands for 6 birth. Broken window, fault on arrival with boiler. Bulbs blown, batteries in remote not working. Locks from doors missing so no privacy. Mould, previous peoples rubbish left in caravan and dirty cutlery.

Spacious and comfy and had everything we needed. Quite spot on site - bit of road noise but didn't bother us.. Lovely breakfast at the restaurant on site.

Paying £6 a day for WiFi. We were only here for a couple of days so wasn't a bother but a longer stay that cost could ramp up.
