caravan was very dirty had a cracked window and campsite was shocking had nothing to do there.

Needs urgent maintenance: One single bed had dirty unchanged bedding. Filthy mattress on double bed, no under sheet. Cracked window pane. Broken toilet seat. Shower control fell apart. Kitchen sink needs plunging.

Pool was nice Food was lovely Site was lovely Member of staff we spoke to when we couldn't get our key was very helpful

The way we were treated by the member of staff when we booked in The fact we were given a wrong code for the key to get in

Caravan was spotless and had everything that we needed. Great location to all facilities

It is situated on good location

Property wasn’t clean on arrival, boiler was broken so no hot water or heating. Chalet was it self good but suitable more than 4 guests.

Very comfortable caravan. Lovely bed. Friendly staff. Great facilities. Perfect for family’s. Good entertainment.

Shower in the caravan wasn’t the best (82) leaked a bit and hard to use. No lock on bathroom door either. But didn’t make a difference to us but may to some people. Window was cracked in the lounge area. Didn’t affect us.

The property had not been cleaned properly and was in need of tlc . Could not sleep on the main bed as the mattress was in very Dirty condition with stains on it .
