Static Caravan on Lady's Mile Holiday Park

Excellent site with nice indoor and outdoor swimming pool

I liked that board games were provided. The boys loved them. We also liked the selection of dvds. The beds were really comfortable. Overall, it was a perfect safe.

This was a lovely caravan with surprisingly large double bedroom with ensuite toilet and basin. There was everything we needed for our stay including a dvd player with loads of films, along with board games which would have kept us entertained if the weather was bad (which, luckily it wasn’t!)

There were a few broken window handles which we reported to the owners on arrival. We didn’t open them so had to have the door open for ventilation.

Very noisy road behind us,Seating, bed & toilet's much to low,television's not watchable,sliding door's in main b/room difficult to open,wall in shower not stable,catche's on kitchen window broken,big crack in lounge window,wrong lock box code provided,slippy outside balcony when wet.Would not stay again ever.

The caravan was presented lovely and really spacious. Both indoor and outdoor pool lovely and warm, with passes included with your stay. Beach was a do-able walk with children.

The resort could do with a bigger soft play area/ a park closer to the entertainment venue for the children.

Cooker dirty Curtains missing from some windows No TV reception, told by owner a problem with aerial, as you can see from the photo, there is no aerial Very dusty throughout Entry code given was incorrect, had to phone to get a new one Toilet seat not fixed properly, moved around

Property was comfortable, clean and tidy..

No towels provided, meaning, as were come from over seas we needed to buy our own towels and hand towels for showering. Would be nice if towels are provided. Plug in sink did not fit outlet ( too small).

Spacious, central heating, kids loved arcade room

Shower not the best, as normal with caravan stays TV kept losing signal, needs attention

The holiday park the van is on is nice with lots to do with friendly staff.

The caravan was grubby. Old food left in freezer from previous guests which smelt when you opened fridge, stains in the toilet, old sweet wrappers down side of sofa and under one of the beds, dirty cutlery in drawers. The caravan itself would be nice if it was thoroughly cleaned. *edited to add after owners response. I am shocked at your response in all honesty. There is absolutely no way any ‘dirty frying pans’ or such were left as I certainly would not of cooked in that grime. We had a very short stay of 2 nights and used purely as a bolt hole to sleep for visiting family and spent all day out. There was no mess or food left by us as we were just not there to make it, we even borrowed spare bedding from our family to use over the top of yours as I just did not feel comfortable. I was appalled by the conditions and then came on and read the reviews and after seeing many with the same view I decided to take it on the chin - lesson learnt and I could of left a far worse review about how you cannot even watch tv as it has no connection and the cooler went out a couple of times. How dare you call me shameful when you let that disgusting caravan without even being cleaned between guests. I guess me and the other half a dozen guests are all just telling lies for absolutely no gain. I never asked for a refund so what do I have to benefit from this?
