Great location, nice and quiet, but 5 minutes from Seminyak Village and 10 minutes from the beach. Great breakfast options. Nice swimmingpool. The service is excellent and correct.

Some outdated maintenance, some leakages in the roof and the wall, shower was broken at arrival but nicely repaired within 2 days. Missed a little bit more covered outdoor space. Indoors no seating area. The hassle with loose lock and keys is not from this time.

The staff were so lovely and helpful and responded quickly to any enquires before and during the stay. The included breakfast was really yummy, especially the coffee and easy to order through WhatsApp. The location was quiet and close to hotspots. The outdoor pool area was really nice.

The showering area is not private from the rest of the villa. I didn’t realise in the photos when I booked this villa. Fine for a couple but if not a couple then it would be very awkward as the shower is open with no privacy from the main living area of the villa. The toilet is private however.

We could not fault the staff. They were attentive, friendly and very efficient. They were the highlight of our stay. Location was great. Breakfast was nice. Good privacy.

Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. It was nothing like the photos, the whole villa needs a facelift. The toilet was kind of old, small TV and very hard bed. Very overpriced.

Location was good I liked the pool area Bed was comfortable

Overall villa seemed a little rundown Outdoor kitchen - bit old and not pleasant to sit and eat Garden/grass area before the pool needs a bit of attention Food included could have been better
