Perfect location

Great location - perfect for exploring Dartmouth. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Off site parking (just a few minutes walk away) was a bonus - although the access is tricky if you have a bigger car. Balcony was lovely.

Windows are difficult to access (very high) so could be tricky if the weather was warm and ventilation needed in the bedrooms. Some of the electric blind remotes didn't work

Some warning re narrowness of the road would have been good ! Some local info would hav been nice And ability to recycle rubbish

Emplacement au top, calme et non loin des commerces. Maison atypique mais tout le confort y est et le balcon est un + non négligeable. Bien chauffée, très agréable.

L'accès en voiture très étroit. Les stores de la chambre principale qui ne fonctionnaient pas.

Very narrow street to access

Beautiful, quirky and lovely little hideaway - spotlessly clean & warm, fresh and comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen - perfect for a stay right in the centre of Dartmouth!

It was a shame the balcony is out of action but didn’t affect our stay at all, look forward to returning when it’s sorted!

Good location plenty of room for 2, warm. Would have got a high rating if maintained

One of the reasons we chose it was because it was advertised with balcony, we even took blankets so we could sit outside got there balcony was closed as unsafe. hadn't been told in advance so we could have booked somewhere else.. The oven grill didn't work 4 lights in kitchen didn't work. Light above cooker in extractor fan didn't work so couldn't see food properly quite dangerous cooking. One light on outside steps didn't work TV needed amazon code to work I didn't have one and one wasn't left. No list of instructions to work things or codes. Nothing about recycling Blind in bedroom not working saw on previous comments this has been like this for months. All minor things to fix but spoilt what could be a fantastic place. We were not told in advance the.length of the car for the parking space was 4.3 meter's we were just told it wouldn't be suitable for a big car. We felt we were deceived regarding the balcony and not being told

Great location, well equipped, comfortable beds

The place was close to town, just a short walk. Its a cute little place that had everything we needed. Parking at a private property just a short distance away and was easily located. Parking in Dartmouth is premium so this was a bonus. Smart TV was a great modern amenity. Beds were very comfortable with lovely linen and towels provided.

We weren't able to use the balcony but we were told this prior to our stay. As we were staying in December, it wasn't a problem at all. Slight downside was lack of hanging space for clothes. Plenty of space for folded clothes though. As we were only staying for 2 nights, this was not a problem but for anyone staying longer, may want somewhere to hang their clothes.
