Nice. Apartment but sadly had no use of the balcony and couldn’t open any windows so no fresh air

Toilet was extremely loose couldn’t open the balcony door or any windows at all

Very dangerous balcony with a danger sign, should not rent it with the door that opens on to it. Should supply bath soap only had hand liquid.

Everything was great. Very comfortable and fabulous location.

Great location & parking was ideal. Host was good at getting back to us for enquiries. Beds are comfortable. The property just needs a little TLC and it would be great.

Cleanliness was generally ok but there is room for improvement. There are areas that needed better cleaning, the side of the fridge is covered in cobwebs. I didnt use some of the drawers for clothes int he bedrooms as they were dusty and needed a wipe out before putting clothes in them, I realised this when I started to use them and our clothes were covered in dust, luckily we only stayed for two nights so we just kept out clothes in our suitcase. The skirting boards needed a wipe and edges around the bathroom floor needed a scrub. The large cupboard in the second bedroom needed cleaning, cobwebs and a spider hanging in there - the children found that out, we didnt need to use this cupboard luckily. We also found a ladies dirty thong in the children's bedroom which is quite disgusting! The balcony is rotten! This definitely needs attention ASAP. The is a light fitting in the store cupboard where the boiler is but no lightbulb. The location is perfect and the hosts were good at getting back to us with any enquiries.

Great location, close to town for pubs and restaurants. River cruises just down road parking was a godsend as Dartmouth is a nightmare for parking, kitchen is well equipped, mattresses are nice and comfy property is nice and clean. All in all a lovely stay for the price we were very pleased.

Balcony could do with some TLC but even so it was a lovely touch for the evenings to sit out

Très joli petit appartement à côté d'une rue avec des magasins et à deux pas des restaurants et des ferries pour le château de Dartmouth, la traversée et les croisières. La place de parking est un vrai atout dans cette ville très piétonne. Le balcon est également charmant et agréable. La machine à laver est un vrai plus, mais se trouve dans la remise où il ne faut pas être très grand pour pouvoir y accéder. Mais vous y trouverez également tout le nécessaire de nettoyage. Le lit superposé est un lit double en bas et un simple en haut, très pratique pour une famille avec trois enfants voire quatre car il y a également un lit parapluie sous ce dernier.

Il faut faire attention pour l'étage du lit superposé, le matelas étant très épais, il dépasse de la barrière de sécurité et la barrière fournie sous le lit est petite. D'ailleurs le matériel rangé est fort poussiéreux, il mérite une vérification plus régulière, ainsi que les coins sous les canapés. Les casseroles de la cuisine sont vraiment très abîmées, elles aussi méritent d'être remplacées.
