Sea Me

If I could give Sea Me a higher rating then 10 I would. This place is your home away from home. The host Grace is such a lovely soul that made me feel comfortable and was beyond helpful, by the end I was calling her my Filipino mom! Grace went above and beyond to make my stay at her lovely home as pleasant as possible, from cooking amazing home cooked meals, preparing a fish for me I purchased at the near by market, to helping me find a place to rent a scooter, convincing her neighbor Mark to take me fishing with him, recommending the best spots to visit.. the list just goes on and on. My only regret was not booking it for longer! If life permits it, I will definitely be back to Sea Me, a wonderful place to experience Filipino life and the ideal place to bring your family to. Beyond recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful place and an incredibly welcoming host!

Ich war mit meiner Tochter und ihren Kindern (5, 3) bei Grace zu Gast. Sie ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und ihr Haus direkt am Meer einfach ein herrlicher Platz für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Wir wurden mit köstlichem Frühstück, ganz viel Herzenswärme und einem wundervollen Gefühl des Willkommen-Seins verwöhnt... Unser Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, das Bad gleich über den Gang, beides im ersten Stock des Hauses... es gibt zwei sehr gutmütige und liebe Hunde, von denen einer am liebsten unter der Stiege schläft und der andere uns gern Gesellschsft geleistet hat... der Garten ist groß und durch einen riesigen Baum wunderbar beschattet... danke Grace für die unvergesslichen Tage bei dir, wir werden diese bosonders einzigartige Zeit nie vergessen!

Beautiful location with a view of the beach with sunset from the dinner table. Grace is a very nice host who offered us some homemade fillipino food for a few pesos. The rooms have no airco but the sea breeze cooled the rooms down more than enough. The town itself was also nice after the busy touristy spot of Moalboal, and close to the waterfalls if you want to visit those. Would have loved to stay longer if only we found it earlier!

Tout était absolument incroyable ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été immédiatement séduits par la vue, digne d’un véritable tableau. La maison, traversante, offre une vue permanente sur la mer, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus magique. Grace, notre hôte, est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Elle fait tout pour que l’on se sente bien et que le séjour soit parfait. Nous avons eu la chance de partager deux repas avec elle et sa fille, et on nous a même appris à préparer des lumpias — un vrai moment de convivialité ! Et que dire des couchers de soleil… tout simplement à couper le souffle. L’accès direct à la mer est un énorme plus, tout comme le cadre paisible et relaxant. Le logement est à la fois confortable et plein de charme, avec une ambiance chaleureuse de maison de famille. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable pour une telle expérience. L’emplacement est également idéal pour explorer les cascades des environs. Même sans climatisation, la chambre reste fraîche grâce aux ventilateurs. La salle de bain est très agréable, et la petite terrasse privée est un vrai bonus. Je recommande cet endroit à 100 % à tous ceux qui recherchent un lieu paisible, authentique, avec des hôtes adorables

Grace and her husband Matthias are incredibly welcoming and genuine hosts who make you feel at home from the very first moment. This is not just a place to sleep – it’s a place to connect, share stories, and experience real island hospitality. The accommodation itself is wonderfully quiet and located directly by the sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the calm surroundings was pure relaxation. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape away from noise and crowds, this is the perfect spot. One of the highlights was sitting together for coffee before our departure. Grace served us freshly baked, warm banana chocolate cake – absolutely delicious! The bananas even came from their own garden, which made it feel even more special and authentic. You can truly taste the freshness. For breakfast, she prepared a tasty omelette and homemade passion fruit jam – both full of flavor and made with care. It’s these little homemade details that make the experience unforgettable. We also really appreciated the honest and helpful travel tips. Thanks to Grace’s recommendation, we took the local bus for our onward journey – a fun and very affordable experience that we might have missed otherwise. In short: Sea Me Homestay offers peace, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality right by the ocean. Grace nous a accueilli comme de vieux amis, nous étions comme à la maison! Son mari nous a guidé dans la jungle pour aller aux chutes à pied, une des plus belles matinées! Ces chutes où nous étions seuls furent incroyables!!

De locatie had een mooie en rustige ligging, uitzicht op zee wanneer je ging ontbijten. De kamers hadden een speelse inrichting en via de grote ramen kon je genieten van het uitzicht op de omgeving. Er werd actief met je meegedacht op het moment dat we geen motor konden huren. Samen met andere logées konden we, via onze host, een auto huren en alsnog verschillende uitstapjes maken

De afstand die je te voet moest afleggen met je bagage tot de woning, We zijn niet meer van de jongsten, dus dat viel ons een beetje tegen.

オーナーご家族に親切にしていただき、心温まるおもてなしで、フィリピン旅行が、より楽しくなりました。町の人々も優しく親切です。ビーチで人懐っこい可愛い子供達に出会いがあったり、バイクで二十分位の場所に温泉も有り日本人には嬉しい熱湯でした。綺麗な景色が見れる場所が沢山あります。
