Ideale locatie, 5 minuten of zo van treinstation, Tesco recht over de deur, Witherspoons op 2 of 3 woningen afstand, strand op 10 minuten wandelen, eigenlijk over dichtbij! Maar voor prijs kwaliteit perfect!

In de tweede kamer is het bedje echt wel klein, maar ca va nog, woning niet zo goed geisoleerd. Dus je hoort elkaar wel goed! Raar plastic bad.

This was, without question, the worst accommodation experience our family has had anywhere. From the moment we arrived, the property appeared poorly cleaned, poorly maintained and completely different to the standard presented in the listing photographs. The accommodation did not feel properly prepared for guests and, in our opinion, was not fit for purpose as a family stay. The cleanliness throughout the property was unacceptable. The mattress protector had visible yellow staining, furniture and furnishings were marked and dirty, and several areas of the accommodation appeared dusty, damaged or inadequately cleaned. The sofa also showed visible staining and signs of wear and dirt. Most concerning of all was that during the stay my teenage daughter suffered an injury to her foot caused by sharp debris/glass present within the property. As we also had a 3-year-old child with us, this immediately raised serious concerns regarding the safety and condition of the accommodation. An additional major concern was the exposed light fitting hanging directly above the bath/shower area with no bulb fitted or protective cover present. Given its location above a wet area, we considered this extremely dangerous and completely inappropriate within guest accommodation. We genuinely felt there was a real risk of serious injury due to the condition of the electrical fitting. The bathroom itself also showed visible marks and damage, and combined with the other issues throughout the property, it created the impression that maintenance, inspection and cleaning standards were far below what should reasonably be expected. The property was misleading compared to how it was presented online and did not reflect the standard advertised. We documented the condition of the accommodation with photographs and videos during the stay due to the seriousness of the issues encountered.
