GBGBI was really worried about staying at this property due to the bad reviews but our family had a great time. The facilities were all in working order. The property could do with a bit of love putting into it and I would personally get new beds as they were low and uncomfortable. I would book this place again the location was good and the host made sure to tell us that he was available if we needed anything.

GBBeautiful house with a beautiful garden. The house is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, the outdoor area is fantastic with the coveres bbq and pizza over area. The pool is amazing with the added bonus of the outdoor hot tub. The kids loves the climbing frame in the garden.

GBGBThe house itself is in a lovely location and has great potential. The surrounding area was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway, and we particularly liked the outdoor space and pool area. The property is spacious and could be a fantastic stay for larger groups if the maintenance, cleanliness, and advertised facilities matched expectations. We really liked the privacy of the property and the peaceful surroundings. It felt secluded and ideal for a relaxing break away, especially for spending time together as a group without feeling overlooked. The outdoor and pool areas had great potential and the location itself was lovely.
Unfortunately, several advertised facilities were unavailable or not working during our stay, including the hot tub and cooking facilities. We also experienced issues with heating, hot water, cleanliness, drainage, and general maintenance, which significantly affected our overall experience.
GBMost things about the house were great
Hot tub filthy even tho I asked about this before hand after seeing it in previous reviews. Extreme lack of basic things like broom dust pan and brush etc. Cleaning up after ourselves was difficult
GBPool was cold, very untidy, very unhappy kids that they couldn’t use it.. sockets coming off walls.

Water pressure not good. Leak on sink. Leak on washing machine. Toilet not flushing. No lock on bathroom door and it wouldn't close.

Hot tub was just a 2 person inflatable spa which wasn’t warm enough to use until day 2.
GBThe beds and kitchen area were all clean and tidy with lots of space. Swimming pool was very clean and warm. Jacuzzi was clean and warm.
Bathrooms needed more attention to cleaning, lights in the garden were not in use so jacuzzi area was not able to be used after dark.
